  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 3 oranges

Let stand for 12 hours before you use it.

How to use:
Soak a piece of cotton wool with apple vinegar and gently rub it on the problematic parts of the veins. This treatment should be done at least twice a day – morning and evening. After a month you will notice the first results.
Nettle tea
Pour 200 milliliters of water over one tablespoon of fresh nettle leaf then cook over low heat until the water boils. Cool down the tea, strain it and drink it three times a day before a meal. This treatment should be repeated at least six months.
